Our technicians utilize third-party software to access and remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and work towards resolving the issue you bring to us.  The software below can be used for one-time support requests.  The process is:

  • Contact our Pre-Sales Department to discuss your concern.
  • Download the software package that corresponds with your Operating System below.
  • Accept the terms of our Remote Support Invoicing and pay your initial invoice.
  • Schedule a time for the Remote Diagnostics/Troubleshooting.
  • Run the single-use Remote Support software.
  • Provide the 9-digit code to the Support Technician.
