- Contact our Pre-Sales Department to discuss your concern.
- Download the software package that corresponds with your Operating System below.
- Accept the terms of our Remote Support Invoicing and pay your initial invoice.
- Schedule a time for the Remote Diagnostics/Troubleshooting.
- Run the single-use Remote Support software.
- Provide the 9-digit code to the Support Technician.
